Deputy Manager – HR & Admin

We are looking for a Deputy Manager – HR & Admin to join our team and deliver key commitments for the function. Your responsibilities would include managing office admin activities, recruitment, sourcing talent, initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates, updating employee records, filing HR documents accordingly, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.


To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR & Admin functions.


Ultimately, you will make sure all HR & Admin operations run smoothly.


*You would be directly reporting to the CEO/CTO.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create & execute end-to-end plan for the recruitment process.
  • Screening potential employee’s resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
  • Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.

  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Maintain a positive work-culture in the company.
  • Support admin activities for smooth functioning of office.
  • Identify new trends in markets and suggest ways to encourage employees to participate in like Fun Fridays etc.
  • Cold Calling and following up with Client Leads and maintain its relevant documentation.
  • Plan social media campaigns for Employer Branding to attract and build candidate pipeline.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Punctual, right attitude & keen to learn new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Thrives in a hectic and continuously changing environment where no day is the same.
  • You are driven by helping and supporting others.
  • Identify issues ahead of you and act before they become an obstacle.

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR and Marketing preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • English & Kannada preferred.
