Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strategy and progress in business development across the center.
  • Ideas for strengthening and developing new business opportunities nationally and internationally.
  • Responsible for the business development of PLC, HMI, SCADA systems along with turnkey project execution with electrical and instrumentation part of the automation projects.
  • Experience in marketing & selling of Industrial Automation Solutions that Involve the activities such as generating inquiries, sending quotations, price negotiation, converting inquiries into order, follow-up, and participating in tenders.
  • Achieving sales target of selling Industrial Automation solutions/Projects with end-user.
  • Involve in the selection of PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA, techno-commercial negotiations, and payment follow-ups.
  • Create new customer relationships as well enhancing our existing portfolio.
  • Working closely with the consultants and end-users for technical approvals.
  • Constantly acquire and upgrade knowledge and skills required to develop the business of the company.
  • Excellent in negotiating, outgoing and Diplomatic skills.
  • Exposure in multi-brand PLC platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on experience in Robot Technology, Business Strategies with industrial automation solutions worldwide.
  • Experience with management and business development in an innovative environment.
  • The candidate should have a positive, outgoing, and outreach approach as a leader, and you are motivated, among other things. of making sure that ideas turn into concrete projects and workable solutions in the industry.
  • The candidate should take the initiative to explore new development opportunities and you are used to getting involved in collaboration with many different partners both internally and externally.
  • An MBA degree is preferred.
  • Worked with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Computer Vision, etc., and ability to understand the above technologies at a high level.
