- 5+ years of experience in Client Acquisition for Industrial Automation and IoT from an Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Background.
- Revenue Generation for the company by sourcing prospective clients.
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.
- Target oriented with monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & annual goals.
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets to achieve sales targets and company goals.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face, over the phone, or virtually.
- Generate leads and pitch to convert them to clients.
- Foster and develop relationships with clients.
- Provide solutions to clients that are most optimum
- The preferable background is B2B, IT, Enterprise, and Manufacturing industries with a focus on client hunting / acquisition.
- Be a self-starter, with a hunger to succeed, a passion for selling, and a strong will to win; able to drive results, identify new business opportunities, and build and manage pipelines with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.

- Should have relevant experience in Sales / BD with exposure to manufacturing field to comprehend actual requirements
